Light of the World Alliance ministries is the passion of Founder and visionary Apostle Dr. T. Tyronne Champion. In 2019, God led him to establish an organization that will be multi-faceted to help grow churches enhance nonprofit organizations, and make a positive impact in the marketplace Our organization establishes and accepts churches in the fellowship who need assistance in the various aspects of ministry. Light of World helps individuals or organizations launch their nonprofit dreams and visions to impact society. Furthermore, Light of the World seeks to help church and parachurch organizations to properly operate the business side of their administrations. The goal of this organization is to positively and directly impact the world through the kingdom of God. Dr. T. Tyronne Champion D.EdMin, Founder
Dr. Champion is the founder and president of Ethnos College and Christian school preparing students to build the kingdom of God. He previously served as Senior Pastor of True Deliverance Ministries where he has preached and taught congregants for 25 years. He has worked in the nonprofit arena and fundraising for 25 years, and the banking/real estate industry for 20 years..
Dr. Champion is very active in the community and has several commendations for his work. He and his wife received the Fauquier County VA. Citizen of the Year for Nonprofit work twice. Martin Luther King Community Service Award for nonprofit work. Dr. Champion received the Fauquier County Lee District Citizen of the Year award and the Virginia Assembly House Joint Resolution Commendation for nonprofit and religious service. Dr. Champion received certificates from the University of Indiana School of Philanthropy, a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Strayer University, an M.A. in Practical Theology from Regent University, and a doctorate in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary. Dr. Champion enjoys golf, fishing, and traveling. He is married to his wife Felicia, and they have four children Alisha, Howard, Derek, and Denzell.

Evangelist Melvina McNeill - Executive Administrator
Evangelist Melvina L. McNeill, a proud native of Washington, DC, was born to the late Deacon Elihue G. Foskey and Mother Annie L. McNeill. In 1982, she joined the True Deliverance Church of God Ministries. Thanks to the spiritual care and guidance of her pastor and Godparents, the late Apostle Albert Venson, Sr., and Mother Clara L. Venson, Evangelist McNeill has gained a wealth of knowledge and insights that have prepared her for her future ministry.

After Apostle Venson transitioned to Glory in 1998, she continued to serve and grew under Bishop Alvin D. Venson, Sr., and Copastor Agnes R. Venson. Evangelist McNeill served on many boards and committees within the True Deliverance Church of God Ministries, including General Assembly Chairperson, Single’s Ministry President, Youth Leader, choir member, and usher. In 1999, Evangelist McNeill became Armor Bearer to the General Overseer, Mother Clara Venson, serving her until she transitioned from Labor to Reward in September 2022. In August 2016, she was licensed as an Evangelist under the True Deliverance Church of God Ministries, sealing the call of God on her life.
Evangelist McNeill embarked on a new chapter in her spiritual journey. In August 2023, she joined Light of the World Alliance Ministries, led by Apostle Dr. T. Tyronne Champion and Lady Felicia O. Champion. She is the organization’s Executive Administrator, using her expertise and experience to support the ministry’s mission and vision. Evangelist McNeill has a B.A. degree from Strayer University in Acquisition and Contract Management. She later earned a Master in Studies of Law Degree in Government Procurement from the George Washington University Law School.
Throughout her spiritual journey, Evangelist McNeill has remained committed to serving others and spreading the love of God. With her unwavering faith, strong leadership skills, and commitment to service, Evangelist McNeill is poised to impact her community and beyond significantly.
Alisha (A.J.) Jamison is a dedicated community leader, business owner, and ministry administrator based in Tacoma, Washington. She is the Owner and Operator of Available Notary, where she serves as a trusted mobile notary signing agent, providing professional and reliable services throughout the community.
Alisha serves as the Church Administrator for Church of God in Christ, where she plays a key role in coordinating church operations, large-scale events, and impactful community outreach initiatives.
She is also the Founder of Helping Our Sisters Up, a nonprofit organization committed to empowering women and families through support, resources, and transformational outreach. Through this work, Alisha has led efforts focused on community engagement, food distribution, youth support, and creating safe spaces for women to grow, heal, and thrive.
